The whole operation on one dashboard.

Live location of every vehicle, status of every scheduled trip (running, completed, not operated, duplicate), early and late running per stop, map and dashboard with punctuality and regularity KPIs.

The control room talks to the driver through the electronic ticket machine (ETM) and logs communication gaps with their justification.

Planning and operations

Lines, routes, stops and timetables; rosters and vehicle and driver allocation to trips; service calendars; topology import and export in standard formats (GTFS, NeTEx, TransXChange).

Trip and mileage compliance

Planned versus operated kilometres, punctuality and regularity per trip and stop, boardings and alightings per stop, and reports ready for the authority and for concession settlement.

Incidents and breakdowns

Incidents and breakdowns logged with start and end, reported from the driver (ETM) or the control room, with a full history for audit and analysis.

Passenger information (PIS)

Estimated arrival times, service alerts, passenger app, stop displays and standard feeds (SIRI 2.0, GTFS and GTFS-Realtime).

AUTHORITY AND REGIONAL SAE INTEGRATION

Connected to the transport authority, 24x7.

Integration gateway with SIRI 2.0, TransXChange and RTIG to exchange topology, planning, real time and history with the authority's system. Communications are encrypted and always originate from a central server with a fixed IP, never from the vehicle, with access control per user and IP.

The platform is designed to meet the local SAE integration specification of the Xunta de Galicia (SAEGAL), one example of the authorities we integrate with.

On-board equipment

Falcon, Pace and Blaze electronic ticket machines (ETM), validators and the driver tablet, on an ITxPT (NGTS) architecture that connects every system on the vehicle.

Integrated ticketing

On-board sales and validation, contactless payment, smart cards, QR and account-based ticketing, with e-invoicing records compliant with Spain's VERI*FACTU regulation.
